A blended course suitable for lecturers, researchers and PhD students

This series of lectures is designed to help researchers and PhD students leverage the power of AI tools to enhance their research workflows. Participants will explore a range of AI and other digital tools that can significantly aid in various stages of the research process. The sessions will address practical applications of AI for conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and interpretation of research results. Furthermore, the lectures will cover how AI tools can assist in the process of writing research reports, articles, and research proposals, including language editing to achieve clarity and impact. By the end of this series, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to ethically and effectively integrate AI tools to streamline their research activities and improve the quality of their academic production.

 In-person sessions will feature AI tool presentations with interactive exploration and discussions on AI-related ethical dilemmas, collaborative critiques of AI-assisted outputs, and focused workshops on AI for specific research methodologies. 

Online activities will include synchronous and asynchronous exploration and comparative review of AI research tools and other digital tools that can assist researchers in their literature reviews, qualitative research and dissemination of findings.
